We often meet customers who ask us, but suddenly we are out of breath. In fact, there are many reasons. The biggest problem may still occur in the air compressor. First of all, we should eliminate the problem from various places, and then find out the reason.

       1. First, check whether the air compressor operates normally. Only when the air compressor is in normal operation can other problems be eliminated. If there is a problem with the air compressor itself, there is no need to look at it later. In fact, the air compressor can not be filled with air, which is rarely due to the problem of the air storage tank. Because the air storage tank is only a pressure vessel, buffering the air medium. The air compressor has been running, but if there is no pressure, there may be a problem with the head. If there is a problem with the head, you need to find the air compressor manufacturer.

       2. Secondly, see if there is any air leakage in the pipeline. If there is a large amount of air leakage in the pipeline, the pressure can not be increased. And because the air compressor has a loud noise, the sound of pipe leakage may be ignored. This needs to be tested slowly. If any pipeline is corroded and broken for a long time, it would be too bad.

       3. The configuration of the gas storage tank is too small, and the gas consumption is too large, resulting in the pressure not rising. In this case, it is generally necessary to increase the gas production of the air compressor. Add an air compressor or increase the power of the air compressor.

       4. In addition, a series of problems of the air compressor need to be checked, such as whether the air filter is seriously blocked. Whether the oil separator has not been replaced for a long time, whether the oil filter is blocked, and so on. These problems of the air compressor need to be solved slowly.
