Anrong Company is a professional manufacturer of pressure vessels, with a sound quality assurance system and normal operation. It has been engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of pressure vessels (including spherical tanks) for more than 50 years, and has accumulated rich experience and accumulated a strong technical force. The company has complete tooling equipment and testing means. It is a member unit of the China Society of Mechanical Engineering and a research unit of the National Research on the Localization of Steel for Large Complete Sets of Engineering. Since 1988, the company has participated in the national research group of steel for major complete sets of engineering, and has successively carried out molding and welding process tests on high-strength steel, low-temperature steel, and steel for high toughness pressure vessels. CF-62 (07MnNiMoDR), 15MnNiDR, 15MnNbR (Q370R), 09MnNiDR and other new domestic steel products were first applied to spherical tank engineering by the company, and participated in the preparation of the standard Steel for High-Performance Pressure Vessel and Penstock. As a member of the expert group of spherical tank standards of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Boilers and Pressure Vessels, Zhang Lianyou, the chairman of the company, participated in the revision and finalization of GB12337 Steel Spherical Tanks. The company is also the drafting unit of the new version of GB/T12337-2014 Steel Spherical Tanks.

       Since the early 1990s, Anrong Company has selected the low welding crack sensitivity high-strength steel plate (CF steel) imported from Japan to design, manufacture and install pressure vessels and spherical tank products, and has participated in the development of the localization of domestic low welding crack sensitivity high-strength steel plate. During this period, it has carried out a large number of welding procedure qualification tests, processing and forming qualification tests, and thermal treatment process qualification tests of spherical tank components on imported and domestic CF steel, A lot of test data have been accumulated through the evaluation test of the overall heat treatment of spherical tank, and the best process parameters have been selected for the production of spherical tank products. The spherical tank project completed by Anrong Company has never had any quality accident and has been operated for many years without defects.

       Since the spherical pressure vessel made of high-strength steel plate with low welding crack sensitivity has experienced many quality accidents due to welding stress, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) required the enterprises related to the manufacture of spherical pressure vessels made of CF series steel plates in accordance with the Opinions on the Use of CF Series Steel Plates in the Manufacture of Pressure Vessels (QXH [2006] No. 41) and the Opinions on Strengthening the Management of the Use of CF Series Steel Plates in the Manufacture of Pressure Vessels (QXH [2007] No. 52), It is suggested that the heat treatment enterprises that have passed the confirmation and review of the boiler capacity standard committee should be selected for the post-weld heat treatment of CF series steel spherical pressure vessels. Anrong Company has passed the evaluation of the "Approval of Anshan Steel Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. for Post-weld Heat Treatment of CF Series Steel Spherical Pressure Vessels" issued by the National Technical Committee for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization.

       The technical research and development centers under the jurisdiction of the company include: 35 designers, 4 holders of national design review certificates, 10 senior engineers and 25 engineers; It has three spherical shell plate pressing plants in Anshan, Liaoning, Haicheng and Ningbo, Zhejiang. It has the largest spherical shell plate pressing equipment in the domestic spherical tank industry at present, including one 15000 ton span 12.6 m hydraulic press, four 3000 ton span 8 m hydraulic presses and two 2500 ton span 8 m hydraulic presses. The number of hydraulic presses and the capacity of pressing spherical shell plates are currently in the forefront of China; It has its own independent and stable installation and construction personnel, 109 welders with certificates, and six installation project management departments. On-site assembly, welding, NDT, heat treatment, hydrostatic test, leakage test, steel structure device, fire protection device, etc. of spherical tank shall be independently completed by the Company; NDT MT, UT, PT, RT and TOFD equipment are complete; The full-automatic spherical tank overall heat treatment equipment imported by Germany's Ouke Company. At present, the overall heat treatment of 07MnNiMoDR steel 4000m3 propylene spherical tank, the largest in China, is independently completed by our company. The temperature difference between any two points is controlled within 80 degrees. The operators have completed the overall post-weld heat treatment of more than 500 spherical tanks. The rich experience can well ensure that the spherical tank can eliminate the residual stress after welding, Thus, the safe use of spherical tank equipment is effectively guaranteed.
